Origin of the product
The chips are made of oak (Quercus petraea. L.
and Quercus robur. L.) who have obtained PEFC certification.
Stored in the open air, the oak gradually releases its tannins and moisture.After a minimum of 24 months of maturation, it is ready to give its finest aromas.

- For a rather short breeding from 1 to 4 months
- Single use only
- 2 to 5g per hectolitre
- 10kg infusion bag made of food mesh, delivered in a protective bag aluminium in order to preserve the richness of the aromatic contributions.
- A 10kg bag occupies the equivalent of about 14l of wine

1/On Merlot/syrah/zinfandel
